Government renewable incentives
Humphrey & Crockett Ltd were approached to install an oil-fired system in property north of Andover. After the initial visit and consultation with the customer, it was decided an air to water heat pump would be the preferred option.

The benefit would include the redundancy of an oil tank, a greener alternative to oil, installation at 5% VAT and a 7-year renewable heating incentive from the government.
Being an older property we had to ensure the customer was happy with the design of the system and design criteria. As the heat pump was designed at a 50 degree flow temperate we designed to install the Affina aluminium radiators. These would give a clean look with high performance.
The overall result is superb. The heat pump future-proofs the property and will work perfectly with the underfloor heating in the new extension. Another green installation.
